I use cmake 2.6.4 with Visual Studio 2003 and Visual Studio 2005 and
itk 3.14 and it works perfectly. I did not build itk-3.14 with Visual
Studio 2008 yet mostly because the rest of the developers in our team
do not have that version installed yet..
