[Insight-users] canny edge detection filter

No, AFAIK it is not missing. Edge linking is performed using hysteresis
thresholding in this filter.

Not sure if this is comment in the doxygen is a relic. There have been
variants of canny in literature that use other methods of performing the
edge linking.
