[Insight-users] itkPhilipsRECImageIO Now Supports PAR/REC Version 4.2

All,
    The latest CVS version of itkPhilipsRECImageIO now supports PAR/REC 
version 4.2 images.  I encourage anyone using this version of PAR/REC 
images to test the latest changes and report any problems, as I don't 
have immediate access to version 4.2 images and the changes were based 
on a single example image.
