[Insight-users] Lesion Sizing Toolkit.

Hi Luis,

So following the agile concept I should not expect anything in the 
Toolkit subdir, right?
That is OK with me since the Sandbox compiles well.

Any suggestions concerning the UserGuide/Papers and the test images links?
