[Insight-users] DCMTK and/or GDCM

Hi,
I was trying to build ITK and ITKApplications with either DCMTK or GDCM 
support. In the FAQ there is mention of a USE_GDCM advanced option which 
I did not see in either ITK or ITK apps using ccmake. For DCMTK, is 
there a particular version I should use? I tried using DCMTK-3.12.0 but 
there is not a imagedb lib.

Any help with either or both would be greatly appreciated.
