[Insight-users] Cross-Correlation Using FFT Code?

Thanks for the links. I was going to try your latest version  
IJ_138_IJ_PCM_1.7 but I guess it needs ITL from CVS. I'll try the  
earlier version. I am running ITK 3.10.1 currently.

What are the differences between the 2 versions?
