[Insight-users] Cross-Correlation Using FFT Code?

Hi,
i've created some classes for phase-correlation method (PCM) registration
which is basically the cross-correlation technique but which ignores the
amplitude spectrum information:

    http://www.insight-journal.org/browse/publication/138

There are some issues with the IJ post (FFTW availability and VNL_FFT
issues), so let me help you with using the code if neccessary.

I've also developed a 3D iterative algorithm based on PCM:

   http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.patrec.2009.03.015

I can send you the paper if you want. The method is implemented in ITK and I
am going to refactor the code and submit it into IJ as well.

Regards,

    Jakub

> Are there any sets of classes or does someone have some code they are
