[Insight-users] Cross-Correlation Using FFT Code?

Are there any sets of classes or does someone have some code they are  
willing to share that implements registration using cross-correlations  
and FFTs? It was suggested to me that the stated technique may be able  
to register the images that I am currently dealing with. I think this

018687.html> is pretty close to what I want to do.
