[Insight-users] The C compiler cl is not able to compile a simple test program

Hi I use VS2008, cmake 2.6 and  ITK 3.14
One week ago, I meet a problem and I can't solve it.

/////The problem is: The C compiler "cl" is not able to compile a simple
test program.
