Hi Alex,

Are you using CMake 2.8 ?

My apologies for not having highlighted that in the instructions.

I just added a note to the Wiki page:
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK_10th_Anniversary_Activities/Dashboard_Fest_1.0#Submitting_a_Parallel_Build

You can get binaries of CMake 2.8 at
http://www.cmake.org/files/v2.8/

Or you could build it from source code.
