[Insight-users] How to apply itkMRFimageFilter on a 4D vector image?

Hi Chen,
Please let us know what arguments you are passing to the methods:
mrfFilter->SetMRFNeighborhoodWeight( std::vector<double> BetaMatrix );
and
mrfFilter->SetNeighborhoodRadius(const NeighborhoodRadiusType &);
They must be consistent with the 4D dimensionality of the image.
