[Insight-users] Save the result of Curves2DExtractor

In ceExtractorConsole.ShowCurve2DPoints, I see m_Reader->GetOutput() is set
to the image input of m_Viewer_Extracted_Points, without seeing where the
Curve2DPoints is set.

I wanna know where the detected curve 2D points are set? 

Moreover, after clicking "Curve2D Points" button, the curves are shown. I
also wanna know how can I save the merged image.
