[Insight-users] restrict level set filter to a non-rectangular region

Hi Somi,

If you use the ScalarChanAndVese filters in the Review folder, then you can
have your level set function defined on a small rectangular subregion. This
will definitely save you memory and it is faster. The above optimization is
not available for the standard level set methods.

Also, you cannot do it for a non-rectangular region.
