[Insight-users] Model-Based-Registration: Adjust model parameters also?

Hello,

I am interested in registering a group of ellipse spatial objects with  
roughly ellipsoidal structures in x-ray images.  However, the software  
guide does not seem to provide a registration example in which the  
model parameters are adjusted by the optimizer.

So, how do I go about splitting the optimization parameters between  
the transform and the model?
