[Insight-users] error compiling with gcc4.4.1

Sergio,
It seems that both
ITK_USE_PTHREADS and
ITK_USE_WIN32_THREADS are enabled.
My mingw has only
ITK_USE_WIN32_THREADS
Did you set either of these when you configured with CMake? I did not
set either. The cmake configuration set them for me.
