[Insight-users] Different Registration Results Between Different Compilers

No I understand asking the obvious questions.

I am using the same itk version (sept 2009 cvs download), in release,
and the exact same cMake txt file and version of cMake. I just
recompiled both itk and vtk to make sure nothing happened there. Will
redo the build with testing mode if that doesnt work.
