[Insight-users] Different Registration Results Between Different Compilers

Hi Ken,


Forgive me for asking the obvious,
but it is better to start there,

1) Are you using the same ITK version in both builds ?

2) Are you using the same compilation options ?
    (Release/Debug)

3) Are you using the same CMake configuration options ?
    In particular

      USE_REVIEW ?
      ITK_USE_OPTIMIZED_REGISTRATION_METHODS ?
      ITK_USE_CENTERED_PIXEL_COORDINATES_CONSISTENTLY  ?


It would be interesting to turn ON Testing in both of your
ITK builds and run an Experimental, to see if all the tests
pass. In particular the registration test.
