[Insight-users] Different Registration Results Between Different Compilers

A question that is driving me up the wall.

I have the Mattes Registration working on MSVS 7 2003.net. It is
heavily based on the example code. It works like a charm.

I have started working with MSVS 9 2008 and get completely different
results. Its trying to push the moving image into the corner of the
fixed image.

I dont even have an idea of how to start to attack the problem. Can
someone show me the trailhead?
