[Insight-users] itkLabelMapMaskImageFilter.h missing in Code/Review

Hi,

I'm not sure to have replied to this mail - sorry if I have done it yet.

itk::LabelMapMaskImageFilter is indeed missing. It hasn't been moved  
there yet by lack of time.
You can find it in the archive in the original repository though:

   http://mima2.jouy.inra.fr/darcs/contrib-itk/binaryAttributeMorphology/binaryAttributeMorphology.tar.gz
