You must also install VTK because vtkGDCMPolyDataReader is only compiled in cmake if vtk is found (and set)

Hi all,

Maybe it is not the best place to take this question, but I give a try.
I read that no rtstructure reading from dicom has been implemented in itk yet. So I found a suggestion that the vtkGDCMPolyDataReader class from the GDCM project could be used. The v2.0.7 release notes says "New: vtkGDCMPolyDataReader for reading ContourData from RTSTRUCT objects", so I installed v2.0.13 in Windows, but I can't find vtkGDCMPolyDataReader anywhere in the installed directories.
Can someone give any advice?
