[Insight-users] Clarification about some recent messages marked as "xxxxxSPAMxxxxx"

Many of you may have noticed that some messages to the
list have seen their subject marked as "xxxxxSPAMxxxxx".

This was due to adjustments that were recently made to the
anti-spam filter used in our mailing lists (ITK, CMake and VTK).


               We apologize for the incorrect labeling.


As you can imaging, the challenge of SPAM filtering is to
find a balance where we manage to reject most of the spam,
without incorrectly labeling valid messages as spam.

Our system administrator continuously fine tune these
settings in order to keep our mailing lists free of spam.


We appreciate your patience with our adjustments, and
your quick response to point out these cases, as we
navigate together the treacherous waters of the Internet.
