[Insight-users] Registration iteration output is always null?

Hi Gerald and list again,

I should have searched just a little bit more.  I found this thread
from not long ago:
http://www.itk.org/pipermail/insight-users/2009-June/031158.html and
apparently we need to call "GetCachedValue" instead of just
"GetValue".  Perhaps the Examples should be updated to include this,
as I took my observer code directly from DeformableRegistration12.
