I had not considered that possibility.  Interestingly under CVS we
had project(ITK) under the "Insight" module.  Now that ITK.git is
consistent with that, ITKApps.git is not ;)

Making this change will also require sweeping through the source tree
to replace

 s/InsightApplications_SOURCE_DIR/ITKApps_SOURCE_DIR/
 s/InsightApplications_BINARY_DIR/ITKApps_BINARY_DIR/

and updating the project name in CTestConfig.cmake.

Does anyone have an objection to this suggestion?
