[Insight-users] Itk octree usage

Dear list,

I would like to compute the n-nearest neighbors of voxels on several images
in my scene. An octree looks like a favorable datastructure to compute the
nearest neighbours efficiently, but I'm not sure how to use the given itk
class for this task. does anyone have some experience with it?
