Please follow the Tutorials:

In particular:

http://www.itk.org/CourseWare/Training/GettingStarted-I.pdf


It will give you step by step instructions on
how to configure and build ITK.


Please do this by starting with a clean directory.

(since the one that you are using at this point
is clearly misconfigured).
