[Insight-users] Problem compiling HelloWorld

Hello,

I am just starting with ITK,  an have the following  problem with the HelloWorld app: it does not compile
I get an error saying "no compile tool is associated with file extension". However, any normal c++ project works (no ITK).  Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Did anybody encounter it before?
