[Insight-users] DICOMDIR + ITK

The Example:
Insight/Examples/IO/DicomSeriesReadImageWrite2.cxx
will convert a dicom series to any itk 3D format including .mha.
Usage:
DicomSeriesReadImageWrite2 DicomDirectory  outputFileName  [seriesName]
