[Insight-users] Some Doxygen inheritance diagrams not working

Thanks for fixing this so quickly. I like how the image isn't displayed
until you click the heading. Some of the large diagrams make the
documentation look "messy" if you are not looking for the diagram but it is
all that you see when you first go to the page (like this page:
http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkPolyData.html)
