[Insight-users] The best way to extract the contours of X-ray image

Hello! Prompt the best way to extract the contour of X-ray image (contrasted image of heart from rotational X-ray machine). I would like to use IsolatedConnectedImageFilter... Is this the right way?
And how to delete unnecessary information from segmentation result?
