[Insight-users] How to know if the spacing and origins have values?

Raw images do not contain any information about spacing, origin,
nor the number of pixels in each dimension.
The spacing of (1, 1, 1) and origin of (0, 0, 0) are default values.
In order to load the raw images you must have provided the number
of pixels in each dimension.
If you can't get the spacing and origin from the same source from
which you got the number of pixels in each dimension then that
information has been lost.
