[Insight-users] how to use TransformToDeformationFieldSource in itk4.0 not-compable with itk3.20

Hi all,
After using itk4.0, I find out that the
class TransformToDeformationFieldSource is not support in itk4.0. I could
find it in the compability with itk3.
But, how could I find a similar way of
using TransformToDeformationFieldSource?
If i use itk4.0 (no-compability with itk3), how could I get the similar
function of TransformToDeformationFieldSource?
