[Insight-users] GeodesicActiveContours 3D still an unsolved problem

Hi,
I just set the stoppingTime in FastMarching to 10 and i wait like 3 minutes to see some results. Unfortunately the hole image is segmented although i only put one point in a region which is quite homogen in the gray value.I really tried so many things to make it work, any idea would be extremely welcomed.thanks,ella
