[Insight-users] GeodesicActiveContours 3D still an unsolved problem

Hi Ella,

1) How big is your image (in pixels) ?

2) Are you compiling for Debug ? or Release ?

3) What is the content of your image ?
    (a screenshot in a public web site will be very useful).

4) Are you feeding a Speed Image to FastMarching ?

You may want to look at the examples in the ITK Software Guide

FastMarching should take a fraction of a second to run....
