Hi Matt,
I highly appreciate your kindness. I f values of kidney, gallbladder, and vessel 
are avalable it would be very helpfull for me. But if it is not available, there 
is  no problem I will find it through earch.
I have anoter question, is the bovine tissues like human tissues?

Yes, that looks to be correct.  I actually have a colleague in my lab that makes 
mechanical measurements of the liver.  If I recall correctly, he gets 
approximately 2 kPa for healthy bovine liver -- the same value that you have 
found.  I can ask for certain on Monday if you need confirmation.
