[Insight-users] Cylinder spatial object with ellipse base

You can set a trabsform on the spatial obkect and essentially
construct a elliptical cylinder from a circular cylinder.
Alternatively, you can erige from itk::SpatialObject to create your
particular spatial object yourself.
