[Insight-users] about the region's spatial relation (neighbours relation)

Hello everyone,
I use watershed to segment an image and get the results with a labelled
image.

I want to construct the region relation table.
for example, region i is adjacent to j if i and j are neighbours. (that
means i and j share some border.)

of course I can go through the image to setup a table.
However, I want to if there is existing class I can use? better include in
itk::LabelMap
