[Insight-users] Region Growing filter just for a region in the image

Hello,
What kind of image are you trying to segment? ConfidenceConnected depends
heavily on the multiplier settings... a big multiplier will end with all the
voxels on the image being included in the segmentation.In order to help you
a bit more we should know wich images and what parameters you are using.
