[Insight-users] Calculate SNR, PSNR for 3D VTK volumetric data

Hi All, 

I have a question for the calculation of quality metrics such as SNR, PSNR.. on 
a 3D volumetric image, reconstructed using VTK. 


Any idea where should i start to? Or any example available in VTK or ITK source 
files?
