[Insight-users] Jacobian Filter

Hi everyone,

There was some talk a while back regarding the implementation of a
Jacobian filter based on either:

1) VectorCentralDifferenceImageFunction
2) itkDisplacementFieldJacobianDeterminantFilter (or
itkDeformationFieldJacobianDeterminantFilter)

Luke, did you, or anyone else, implement a working version of this?
It would be a huge help as I'm trying
to extract the local rotations from a deformation field.
