[Insight-users] pointset to image registration

I am interested in using ITK to register a finite and relatively small
number of points (~10) to a 3D CT scan of a human head.  The points
are generated in real space by a motion tracking system by touching
the surface of a subject's face.  I need to find the transformation from
real space to the image space defined by the CT scan of the same subject.
I have been looking at classes 
itkPointSetToImageRegistrationMethod
itkPointSet

but cannot find a suitable example to jump off from (in either ITK source
or Wiki examples).
