[Insight-users] Binary Image segmentation

Hi

Your second region growing step, performed on the binary image is messing
your segmentation. To fill holes in  binary images try

itk::VotingBinaryHoleFillingImageFilter
oritk::VotingBinaryIterativeHoleFillingImageFilter
