Hi Scott,

Sorry, been busy and didn't get a chance until now to upload the .NET
2.0 SimpleITK C# binaries. I have sent you a link in a private email.
Please let me know if these binaries work for you. I will work on a
patch so that in the future the build machine does this by default.
