[Insight-users] Extract centerlines from a 3D segmented binary image

Dear Dan,

Attached is the test data I am using. Airway.mhd is segmented airway meta
data. Airway.vtp is 3D reconstruction result.

Test_SpeedToPath_RegularStepGradientDescent_3D is used. There are two tests:
Test 1's parameters are "E:/test/Airway_centerline1.mhd e:/test/Airway.mhd
E:/test/airway1.path 1.0 3000 1.0 0.5".
Test 2's parameters are "E:/test/Airway_centerline2.mhd e:/test/Airway.mhd
E:/test/airway2.path 1.0 3000 1.0 0.5".

Test 2 produced a path, but not centerline.
Result of test 1 even contains no point on path.
