[Insight-users] wrapITK+Python2.7+Visual Studio 2010

Thanks.
I had no luck. I applied all patches and get the same error below in all
modules using GCCxml :

 The patches seems to be developed for MSVS 2008. I am using Visual Studio
10. I am running out of options..
