[Insight-users] error in DeformableRegistration1 and FEM in InsightApplication

Edwin,

If I understand the problem correctly, the application works correctly in
2D, but fails in 3D when reading the reference image. Is the file
/home/edwin/TestingData/training_001/mr_PD/PD.mhd a 3D image?
