[Insight-users] itkv4 does not generate 'ITKAlgorithms.lib'?

If you used ${ITK_LIBRARIES} it should not look for ITKAlgorithms.
That library is no longer built.

Did you start with a completely empty build directory? Seems like
something is left over from your old build.
