[Insight-users] Something strange about itksys.libs

I found that iktsys.libs is not found when I compile my own project if I
set BUILD_TESTING on when I build ITK , but if I set BUILD_TESTING off, I
do not get this problem, I can build my own project.

May I ask what causes this strange problem? I am using the  ITK4
distributed in December.

It is not an urgent question, as now I can build my own project well.
