[Insight-users] Ask suggestion for parameters setting with N4

Hi all,

Now, I try to use N4 to correct bias in MRI data source!  And some region
of the image is corrected well, the rest is not satisfied!  I hope someone
can give me a suggestion for parameters setting!

The result of N4 output  ( command is -d 3 -i D:\image_data\MRI\Liver1.vtk
-o d:\test6.vtk -s 2 -c [50x50x50,0.001] -b [100,3] -t [0.15,0.01,200] ):

One can see from above snapshot that the liver is more better, the
inhomogeneity of skin still exists.(because of the limit, I did not attach
the original image) Can anyone give me a suggestion for it?  Thank you very
much!


I also test the bspline distance with 200, the result seems the same!
