[Insight-users] Subtract Image filter

Hi Mirco,
I guess you can always pad your region with pixels whose value does not
affect your substraction result so that you can have images with the same
size.

The filter ConstantPadImageFilter<http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1ConstantPadImageFilter.html>may
be of help.
