[Insight-users] question ? [ThinPlateSplineKernelTransform]

Hi  All  ITK - Users !


I used ThinPlateSplineKernelTransform. TPS transform consists BSpline/kernel
functions(local transfromations) and Affine transform (global transform).
But in ThinPlateSplineKernelTransform is only implemented Kernel function of
TPS ?
I have used 5 landmarks (sources and targets). I have received these
parameters of tps transform.

What are fixed parameters or parameters ?

I don't have any idea what I should interpret/explain it  to the tps
equation?
(d_w ) ⃗   (x ⃗ )= ∑_(i=1)^(N_c)▒G(x ⃗- (p_i ) ⃗ ) + Ax ⃗+ b ⃗


I would appreciate for any help please.
